Toddlers (18-24 months)

The Toddler Class provides children the opportunity to experience a social setting away from home with activities that encourage independence. Emphasis is placed on increasing vocabulary and using words to express thoughts and emotions.

The children make daily use of a special outdoor area, which includes equipment for climbing, sliding, and spontaneous play. Children feel respected and loved in the warm, safe, and stimulating environment of the Toddler Class.

Toddlerhood is a time of astonishing growth. In the short span of a year or so, your child experiences an explosion of language, along with dramatic advancement in fine and gross motor control, problem-solving ability, independence, and social interaction.
